The afternoon after the pumpkin patch we went to Charlie's Safari. I'd heard things about this place and thought it would be pretty cool. I had a coupon and I figured it would either be a hit or a total bust, but I'd save $11!
Okay, 30 minutes later Delaney is fed and back to sleep and Aaron is asleep because I laid with him. Good grief!
I didn't even think about taking a pic of the whole place, but basically it's a HUGE play area (like McDonald's only 10 times the size) and a ton a bounce houses.
These are the bounce houses. You can't tell they're having fun at all, can you?
Notice the sweaty hair and red cheeks...that's how hard they were playing!
I went up in the big tree house (this was a pic from there) because Aaron was just a bit too short to climb up. He had so much fun! I can't wait to take him back, when he's taller and I don't have to lift him up each little part. I think it was also harder than expected because I was about 2 weeks out from my c-section...
Then we went down a REALLY tall slide
HAD to include a pic of Levi!! This was a little girl that was just enamored with Levi, don't know who she is...
And another slide
The next day we went to Seattle on the ferry. I was hoping we'd see some whales because they were all over the news about how they were very close to Seattle. No luck. I NEVER have luck seeing wildlife!!!!
Looking for whales
Monorail ride to Seattle Center
Seattle public library
Space Needle, we had a BEAUTIFUL day!!
I love my kid!
Isn't Lake Union beautiful?
I thought this was the perfect picture that represented the day: beautiful, warm, family, love, and chaos.
After we took the monorail back to the mall, we got cookies and sat outside and watched the city while I fed Delaney. Noah loved the busy city.
Well, now I have to figure out what's next. I'll be back!
