So I've been meaning to up my posting. I know sometimes I go two, three weeks without anything. So Aaron's asleep, we just got back from Starbucks, and I've been surfing the net. I hate the term, "surfing the net", "surfing" innately requires movement. I'm not moving, make no mistake, I'm sitting on my rear, squinting at the computer screen.
There are certain websites I frequent and other sites I wish to add to that list. Here's my list, feel free to comment about yours, maybe you'll get other interested:
1. My email (Hotmail but I'm thinking of switching to gmail)
2. Google
3. Foxnews, but I'm thinking of cutting back because the news is just so depressing anymore.
4. My Secret Photo Club, and that's just it, it's secret so I can't tell you the link. It's only for very special people who aspire to be photographers.
5. People, I'm not proud of this but it's new that's not so depressing.
6. Simple Mom, I'm trying to get back on the wagon. She's got some great tips on "home management".
7. Lately, the Knot. My sister is getting married and I'm determined to help her make it simple and easy on her part!
8. Blogger, lately. With this blog and my photography blog, I'm trying to make them more appealing.
It seems like I spend a lot of time on the internet. Lately it's been on Google, Blogger, and my Secret Photo Club. And editing pictures, but that's not the net. What's yours??

Um, my list goes something like this:
--Yahoo email or Juno email (my junk email account)
--Facebook (LOVE it!)
--Google reader - I have about 35 or 40 blogs I subscribe to of friends, family, and a few people I've never met before. Some of them just post pictures of their kids, some post their thoughts about life or politics (some of them I read because I agree with them, others I don't agree with at all but they have interesting discussions), some post fun mom ideas or money saving ideas, and a few of them are just fun blogs by moms of quadruplets and it's crazy to read about their life. I'm a little bit addicted to reading blogs, but with Google Reader it only takes a minute to check them.
--Listingbook - a real estate website in North Carolina, since we may be moving back there this summer, we've been looking at houses online
--CNN or Washington Post
--Talking Points Memo (a political blog, not real news)
--Sojourners (again, not real news, a Christian political blog)
I probably spend way too much time online!
Try 70 websites to look for jobs and TurboTax and the IRS to do our taxes and Dana's.
Otherwise I am spending time putting my recipies on the computer and reprinting them on colored card stock (certain colors for each category).
Hey, Wendy--what a great idea about the recipes. Sometime when my life slows down, I think I'll do that! Thanks for passing this along. :)
