Some amazing homemade gifts

People that surround us are so generous! Some of our family and friends have graced us with their talent and have made some amazing gifts for him that I can't wait to use/display. Here are some of them:

This is a shadow box that my mom and dad created and my dad cut out. How cool is this?!?!

This is a set that a coworkers mom, Grandma Jean as she's know to us, crocheted. There is a set of booties, a hat, a jacket and a blanket. How great!!

The red and white blanket was made by my aunt Janet and the black and gold blanket was made by my college friend, Andrea's mom, Krista. These are SO warm...not that I've stolen them from Aaron and used them for myself...

This is a diaper bag and blanket that a coworker, Louise, made for Aaron. How great is this?! Louise and I became good friends when she started about a year and a half ago. She's wonderful!

This is the cradle set that Chuck's mom made for Aaron. It's camo and fishing, if you couldn't tell. Aaron loves it!

And this is the cradle that Chuck's dad made for Aaron. If he's not sleeping in this, he wakes up every 3 hours, or just plain old doesn't fall asleep. He loves it and sleeps there every night! Isn't it awesome!! You'd have to ask Chuck how he made it but I know it was a long and tiring process to get the decoration on there!

A whole-hearted THANK YOU to all who gave Aaron gifts from the heart, especially those who used their talent to create something. We love you ALL!!

Hey - sorry we didn't get to see you when we were out that way. It's actually really sad - we've visited Vancouver several times before (before you guys moved to Seattle) and every time we always flew in to Seattle, sometimes stayed the night, and rented a car to drive up to Vancouver. Even with a hotel and a rental car, it was still cheaper than flying in to Vancouver. And we never knew a single person in Seattle. But now that we actually know someone there (someone who we would have LOVED to have seen), it turned out to be much cheaper to fly in to Vancouver. Very sad. But I think you were out of town most of the time we were there anyway. Maybe next time?

By the way, the pictures from the wedding are great. You look beautiful!
