At first there was no Christmas tree. The guys went out into the garage and lo and behold!! There it was!
Of course, the best part is watching the kids open their loot!
THANKS MIMI!!!!
THANKS PAPA!!!
Time to play with CHARLI'S Play-Doh. In her Anna dress.
Chuck showing his Afghanistan pictures.
Charli and I had some girl time (actually Aunt Rachel painted her nails).
The next day was Silver Dollar City!!! Woo Hoo!!! I'd never been there at Christmas time and have SO been looking forward to this!
The girls on the tea cups.
And the boys on the tea cups. I'm so glad none of them spilled their guts!
This was on the way from the car to the park. Everyone was super excited.
Well, I guess it was inevitable, right? After a few awesome kid rides (because you know my kids are going to be daredevils and ride every possible ride), Aaron puked his guts up. This time it was just phlegm. But it just kept happening. SUCH a bummer!!! Poor kid.
We stayed just long enough to catch the big parade.
Aaron didn't think Uncle Chip needed to see anything.
Even though it was cut a little short(er) than expected, and it was butt stinking cold, it was a great time with family. Hopefully we can do it again another year.
