The Davenport Hotel has a gingerbread house competition every year and we went to see it today before they take it all down tomorrow.
They have the same 5 or 6 items that are donated by local businesses hidden around their designs for you to find. But who has time to find tiny items when they're reminding a 5 and a 3 year old to look with their eyes and not with their hands?
