This is Delaney at a local gymnastics place. I used to take Aaron all the time when he was younger than this but I just haven't had the time/energy to take her while he's in school. And to take both of them would mean the death of me. But, MAN, she had fun!!
While Chuck was gone for a couple weeks I decided to take both the kids to Lacey for their annual tree lighting ceremony. Yikes. I was definitely brave.
See her leg all wet, there? Geeze.
I also took them both to Cabela's to see "Santa". We don't really do Santa in our house, but Aaron was interested and I told myself that I wouldn't force Delaney to sit on his lap. But she ended up doing it!! I have a picture...somewhere. (They printed out it, so I'd have to find it, scan it in, you can just take my word for it.)
We also went to the brand new Children's Museum in Olympia. It is darn nice, so we got a membership. Already been there 5 times in a little over a month.
Of course the preschool Christmas program. What would Christmas be without the preschool program??
We also went to the zoo in Tacoma to see the Christmas lights. The kids though it was so cool! No train, though.
Copper snoozing... She's so lazy.
It even snowed for us!
This was my December Life Stories. They both love Taylor Switft's "We are never ever getting back together" but Aaron has this silly way of dancing to any song. I was never a Seinfeld fan, but I know what Elaine dances like. He must have her genes in some bizarre way.
We got a ton of our pictures hung last...well, in December, thanks to our friends Karie and Jess.
And...
Then, right before Christmas we decided to make a trek to Mt. Rainier to go sledding.
She got snow in her face, can you see her hat??
And officially Christmas. Mimi, Papa and Aunt Kristin came to visit!!
Of course she got her own shotgun.
Right after they all left we decided to make a trip to Lowes, or Home Depot, whatever, to take a look at their premade cabinets for our office. Here's what the kids did while we were there (it's okay, I gave them these things and had them do this).
And then New Years. Yes, I think this is the only photo I took.
