And, dang it, I get the pics that I edited of Aaron on my drive. Let me explain.
Chuck is on night float this week. This is a huge event. A hated event, but this time around it's momentous. We hate night float week because:
1. We hardly get to see Chuck, only a couple hours a day.
2. Chuck gets cranky. Tuesday. That's the day. Everything goes pretty smoothly until Tuesday. That's when he gets absolutely fed up with the ER and their silly requests, he's getting tired by this point, all a bad thing.
BUT! This time it's the LAST week of night float. EVER!!! All other call (at least overnight call) will be from home and a pager. YAY! Being a full fledged radiologist is in the foreseeable future! Scary to Chuck, prideful for me. I'm just so excited for him.
However, this time around Chuck came up with the idea that he sleep (during the day, of course) in the blue room. This room is right above the garage. Our room is right above the living room, which has always proven LOUD. Too bad we waited until the VERY LAST night float week to figure this out. It's gone well the last 2.5 days. He can't hear a thing. He hasn't even gotten up to go to the bathroom, which means he's sleeping well.
This means my computer is in the room he's sleeping in. No editing, no resizing, no uploading files, etc. So this morning I put pictures on my jump drive to update this blog and update my Fly a Kite site. THREE things I needed to get off that computer and I only got one. Dang it. I didn't get the right files to post about my couple that I shot in November and no pics of Aaron that I shot when he was out in the snow.
I'll just go ahead and share with you the pictures I DO have. And they are of Delaney. Please don't think I don't love Aaron because I didn't grab the pics of him. Please enjoy!
This is from while we were outside playing with Aaron.
They have the SAME EXACT EYES!! It's kind of scary.
