Also, about a week ago, he started smiling without being asleep. It's so cute. Very sporadic. It's tough to get him to do it on cue but I'll try to get it on camera and post it.
Since he is almost 6 weeks old (tomorrow), we can start to let him sleep as long as he wants at night. So the last couple of nights I let him sleep until he wakes me up and it's been about 6 1/2 hours. And then he sleeps another 3-4 after that. I fed him the other night at 10 and then he woke up at 4:30. It was too bright outside and it took forever for him to fall back to sleep. So last night I fed him at 9:15 and he woke up at 3:30 and went back to sleep just fine. And then he woke up just before 8am. I guess that's the trick. I asked the pediatrician yesterday if this was okay and she said yes, how long was he sleeping? I told her a little more than 6 hours and she said, "don't tell the other moms!"
I meant to post a pic of this earlier, I think I wrote that we bought a bike trailer for Aaron a couple weeks ago from a neighbor for $25! It was a steal! It was a little dusty but Chuck hosed it off and it looks brand new! We took a ride, 7 miles. He did very well, a little bumpy for him. I did okay, a little uncomfortable the next day but it was okay. Here's a couple pictures:

Look how pale Chuck's legs are!!!! Hee hee hee!!!! It's good to get Aaron used to biking now!! Sorry about the burn on Chuck... kinda! IT'S FUNNY!!!!
I was wondering when you were going to get one of those. Does his car seat fit in it? I see his head holder, but I can't tell what he is sitting in.
That's awesome that he sleeps so long! Clara Beth has never been a good eater - she barely eats anything and it's frustrating. But she's been a great sleeper since the beginning and I keep reminding myself that I'll take a good sleeper over a good eater any day! Be thankful :)
Chuckie... two words...ankle socks.
