My abs on the left side are constantly hurting. I was preparing for Chuck's dad to come to town so I was cleaning up the baby's room and I could barely work for 30 minutes before I had to lie down because I was noticing that my abs/back were hurting so badly I was not breathing regularly. Frustrating!!! Saturday wasn't great either because he was moving in such a way that it was hurting really bad, but not contractions.
Yesterday I went to the doctor and she tested my blood pressure. And like the last couple of times, she had to test it again because it was high the first time. This time the second test didn't turn out a whole lot better so she ended up sending in some lab tests for blood and urine. The thing is, I wasn't stressed out or anything. Blood and urine came back normal so I'm supposed to test myself for the rest of this week. She said anything approaching 160/100 I should go to L&D immediately. Plus, she's going on vaca (it's the "end of the year" and everyoen is trying to use all their three weeks they get a year). So I have to behave myself for 2 whole weeks until she gets back. I have a check up next Monday with another doc that Chuck approves of, so that's good. My doc said that if my pressures are weird this week or at my next appt., that she will have me do a 24 hour urine test (YAY!).
I'm sure our parents are reading this and wondering why I didn't call them. After 2 hours at the hospital with the appt., lab tests, admit paperwork and then sitting in the pharmacy waiting for my Tylenol 3 (for my abs), I went home and slept, then we went to walk/run with the dogs, ate dinner and then layed in bed and watched TV for the rest of the night. It was very relaxing. And when are we EVER going to be able to do TAHT again!?!?!
Oh, but a funny thing that happened last night...this weekend I set up the bouncer and swing and put them in the living room so the dogs can smell them and get used to them being around (Chuck wanted to put the boxes in the attic this weekend). So they've been up for 3 days now. Apparently Skeet just realized they were there last night. She NEVER growls, EVER!! She was growling last night and looking at something, I thought there was a mouse or something, it was freaking me out. Well, turns out she's growling at the swing. We encouraged her to go up to it and check it out so she did, but then it turned into a licking, then chewing thing. Of course we stopped that but it was hilarious! I'll post pics later today.

Anyway, I should get back to work. So much to do, so little time!

Less than a month! You can do it!! Enjoy things like sleeping through the nights, running last second errands, and not having to deal with anyone else's poop compared to the upcoming years!! Hey, I'm just givin you a couple of positive things during the last miserable weeks. We love ya!
Who's sleeping through the night except for Chuck?!?! Lately I've been getting up a minimum of 2 to 3 times just to use the bathroom, stinkin' bladder!
