Gosh, I am so tired!! I thought I was tired on a regular basis but geeze!! There's nothing like it. I fall asleep at lunch, I practically fall asleep at small group. My hips hurt, it feels like I just ran 5 miles. My stomach, well, I'm not sick, I'm not feeling great, all I can say is that I am aware of my stomach. I can kind of tell there have been some changes but nothing huge. And I'm not very hungry at all. I don't really have an appetite. I feel kind of hungry but then I get to the dinner part and I don't eat much, I barely make a dent. I don't know. But I figure that it will change, there will be a whole lot of ups and downs along the way.
